Since the doors to Integral Yoga Natural Foods opened in
1975 by Sri Swami Satchidananda, we have been proud to provide a
health-conscious shopping environment for Charlottesville,Virginia and

other's lives.
Bag Nickels
Integral Yoga is currently donating bag nickels to Doctors Without Borders, as we all
work together to assist the people of Haiti in whatever way we can. To learn more
about that organization and their relief work in Haiti currently, check out their website:
www.doctorswithoutborders.org.
Mini Gardening Workshops
Join us on Friday, February 12 from 3:30 'til 5:00 pm for two workshops and an open
question and answer session. Beginning at 3:30, Ira Wallace of Southern Exposure
Seed Exchange will give a talk on transplanting seedlings. Participants can take
home a seedling in anticipation of their own home garden. Ira will be available from
3:30 until 4:30 to answer any of your gardening questions. Beginning at 4:30 in the
Blue Ridge Eco Shop, owner Paige Mattson will give a thirty minute talk on
composting.
